These "one stroke" flowers tend to exist in clusters on quaint things like watering cans and old cigar boxes, and we're fascinated with what they look like outside of their regular context as well as how we can incorporate them into our larger paintings, too.

Today's painting has part of a collaged monotype and a bit of a switch-up on the colors of the flowers.
